“A man is NOT a financial plan” Robert Kiyosaki

If you’re a women who feels out of control or disempowered around the subject of money I’m going to need you to listen up because given we can’t start yesterday, NOW is the perfect time for you to begin to build your money muscle and create financial independence.

Essentially I want you to become fiercely financially empowered  and I want YOU to want that too.

Without getting all ranty and overly feminist (not that there’s anything wrong with that) women really DO get the rough end of the stick when it comes to money, we’re behind the 8-ball before we even begin so we have no time to waste.

Here are the stats…..

On average women have to work an extra 56 days a year to earn the same pay as men for doing the exact same job (don’t even start me).

THEN we’re usually the ones responsible for keeping the house running, the kids fed and to school on time and picking up the tab for all of the incidentals associated with it.

When it comes to divorce, despite what men would like us to think (“she ripped me off”) women do VERY poorly when it come to settlement, in fact many women walk away without a cent because they’re struggling to cope with raising the kids AND battling their ex who is hellbent on keeping every cent. We walk away because we can’t be assed and it sets us back big time….yes, I’m speaking from experience but more on that later!

The average woman retires with almost HALF the super of the average man.

Women account for 68% of primary carers for older people and those with a disability. This is usually unpaid work.

Men who separate experience an average drop of income of $4,100, compared to women who lose $21,400!

University educated men who have children will earn close to DOUBLE the lifetime earnings of women in the same category.

Are you fired up yet???

I hope so because it seems that women need a rocket up their asses before they are shaken out of their apathy around this because the conditioning is SO strong!

Ok…so…now that you’re sufficiently fired up I want you to know that we can actually DO something with this (well entitled) rage you’re feeling, we are going to channel it into growing your wealth so you become fiercely financially empowered ….sound like a plan?

So here’s how we’re going to do this…together!

Actually…before we get into that let me share a little bit about why I’m SO passionate about helping women becoming financially empowered  and how I was able to take myself from on the brink of financial ruin to starting my own finance business and owning a property portfolio worth $2M in just 4 years…no eye rolling please…yes I saw you and I get it but hear me out.

So you see….I’m not asking you to do anything I haven’t done myself and trust me when I say if I can do it, so can you.

8 years ago I was newly separated with majority care of 2 kids under 4, a fledgling start up business and net $30K in assets!

It wasn’t an option to be the cliché ‘struggling single Mum’. The life I visualised for myself was one of financial freedom & security & also involved indulging my passion of travelling the world.

So I put my blinkers on, my head down and worked my butt off every day to make this a reality.

Fast forward 4 years and I had built a property portfolio worth almost $2M, a decent share portfolio and was going on two or three overseas trips every year, often with the kids.

It wasn’t easy. I had ZERO family support. I had to draw from my own reserves of resilience and perseverance AND constantly visualising what I wanted to achieve.

I also took a lot of risks. The first property I purchased was an off the plan townhouse. I put down my entire savings knowing that at that point in time I didn’t have the income to support obtaining the finance. So I worked my butt off for the next 12 months to ensure that I would!

When I work with private clients obviously every woman is different and everything below is tweak-able but here’s an idea of the journey I’ll be taking you on.

I want you to SEE what’s possible for you and know there’s a way for you to get there.

Left to our own devices we rarely dream big enough or truly see what’s possible and if we do it’s fleeting, without accountability our dreams and desires fall by the wayside.

Your vision will become our driving force and priority.

You can’t make an omelet without breaking a few eggs and we can’t create financial empowerment without ripping off a few bandaids.

Getting real about your finances, your debt, financial habits and all of the icky stuff I know you’ve been avoiding is 100% necessary so yes, we’ll be going THERE.

This is a tough step because we’re conditioned to feel so much SHAME around debt and other money stuff but I promise I’m going to make this as quick and painless as possible.

This step will have you feeling empowered and in control and from here, good things happen.

You need a clear understanding of where your money is going to assess the health of your finances.

So in this section we’ll be taking stock of your current financial picture and identify where there may be any ‘leaks’ in your spending that can be plugged.

We will also work out a plan to get rid of any nasty debt that is draining your cash flow and stopping you from…..

In this section we’ll be zeroing in on what you want to achieve financially.

Is it 3 investment properties in 5 years?

Is it to build a savings nest egg?

Is it to be debt-free and building your Superannuation so you can retire when YOU want to?

Now the rubber hits the road and we begin taking massive action on your Fierce Financial  Blueprint.

This is where I support you, educate you and sometimes give you a dose of tough love to keep you focused and moving in the right direction so you DO achieve the goals you’ve set for yourself.

Your money muscle is like any other, if you don’t use it, it becomes weak and before you know it you’re sliding backwards.

It goes without saying we want to avoid this at all costs so in this final section I’ll be showing you how to troubleshoot when your financial fierceness drives off into a ditch and I’ll also show you how to plan for future growth as you being to reach your current goals.

I have to say that after re-reading all that I’ve written you’d be mad not to do this program!

So…are you in?

Please schedule an appointment below and I look forward to speaking with you soon.
